6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Japanese law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, misinterpretation of content, downtime, misuse of the App's features, or damages resulting from third-party advertisements or external websites accessed through advertisements. This limitation applies regardless of the cause, except where prohibited by applicable law. You acknowledge that this App is provided free of charge and agree that our total liability, if any, shall not exceed zero (0) yen.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes in accordance with Japanese law and in a manner that does not violate the rights of others or restrict their use of the App. You may not use the App to process text that is illegal, offensive, or harmful, or to engage in any activity that disrupts the App's functionality. You also agree not to:

8. Intellectual Property

Third-party open source components remain subject to their respective licenses. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on our original portions of the App without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of any text content you input into or create using the App.

10. Service Availability

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Japanese courts. By using this App, you agree that any legal action or proceeding must be brought exclusively in Japanese courts and you waive any objection to such jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
